Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
